TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This Contest is organised by JobsDB (M) Sdn Bhd ["the Organiser"] and is open to all Malaysian residents 21 years of age and older as of 05 May 2008.
2. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in this Contest:
• Permanent and/or contract employees of the Organiser [including its associated and related companies] and their immediate family members [parents, siblings, spouses, children]; and/or
• Advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organiser, and their immediate family members [parents, siblings, spouses, children].
3. The "Apply 'n' Win" contest will run from 5 May 2008 to 29 June 2008. The Organiser shall reserve the right to end or extend the Period at any time.
4. Prizes shall be allotted as follows:
• New member: 20 winners will be chosen at random every week from new members who successfully register and complete an online resume or upload a resume on JobsDB.com from 5 May 2008 to 29 June 2008. Each winner will receive ONE (1) Kenko Fish Spa e-voucher.
• Updated Resume: 20 winners will be chosen at random every week from JobsDB members who update their resume successfully on JobsDB.com from 5 May 2008 to 29 June 2008. Each winner will receive ONE (1) Cathay Movie Ticket voucher.
• Job Application: 20 winners will be chosen at random every week from JobsDB members who submit a job application through JobsDB.com from 5 May 2008 to 29 June 2008. In order to be eligible for this prize, the applicant must be a registered JobsDB.com member and must be logged into their account at the time of application. Each winner will receive ONE (1) California Fitness Prize Pack comprising one (1) voucher for a California Fitness one-month membership; one (1) California Fitness T-Shirt; and one (1) California Fitness water tumbler.
• Grand Prize: A list of Grand Prize candidates will be drawn from a pool of all JobsDB members who sign up as a new member, update their resume, or apply for a job between 5 May and 29 June 2008. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by telephone and given 3 questions to answer. Should the first contacted candidate fail to answer one or more questions correctly, he or she will be disqualified from Grand Prize eligibility and the next shortlisted candidate will be contacted. The first candidate to answer all 3 questions correctly will win 1 (one) Laptop Computer.
  In order to qualify to be in the running for all three contest(s) and the Grand Prize, registrants must complete all required information fields in the "Online Resume" portion of the MyJobsDB site on JobsDB.com.my.
5. Winners will be notified via the telephone number and/or e-mail indicated in their registration information. Names of winners will be posted on the JobsDB.com.my Website every Tuesday.
6. Each prize may be claimed only once. At the time of redemption, the winner must surrender the original voucher or printout of e-voucher together with proof of identity in the form of A) Malaysian MyKad/IC or B) Passport.
7. Proof of identity is required for all prize redemptions. It is the responsibility of the registrants to ensure that they possess all necessary documentation to claim the prizes in the event they are announced as Winners of the Contest.
8. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited if not claimed within the stipulated time. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the notification to the winner.
9. All prizes must be redeemed before 31 July, 2008.
10. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other cost, fee and/or related expense that are incurred to participate in this promotion, and to redeem the prize are the sole responsibility of the participants, and the winners must abide by the terms and conditions of all parties arranging and/or providing for the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any. Other expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the prize recipients.
11. The Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are given on an “As Is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind in part or in full.
12. The Organiser shall reserve the right to use the names and/or photographs of the winners as materials for the purposes of advertising and/or trade and/or publicity and the winners shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.
13. The Organiser’s decisions are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
14. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
