Terms & Conditions

1. This Promotion is organised by JobsDB (M) Sdn Bhd ["the Organiser"] and is open to all Malaysian residents older than 18 years of age as of 06/12/2007.
2. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in this Contest:
   • Permanent and/or contract employees of the Organiser [including its associated and related companies] and their immediate family members [parents, siblings, spouses, children]; and/or
   • Advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organiser, and their immediate family members [parents, siblings, spouses, children]
3. The Cathay Cineplex Movie Ticket Giveaway will run from 06/12/2007 to 31/01/2008 or while stocks last. The Organiser shall reserve the right to end or extend the Period at any time.
4. Every 10th online pre-registration successfully completed for the Career Fair before 22 February 2008 qualifies to receive ONE (1) free movie ticket. The pre-determined registrations are the 10th pre-registration, and every 10th pre-registration subsequently after the 10th pre-registration until the 3000th pre-registration. For example: 10th, 20th, 30th, 40th, 50th, 60th....3000th
5. Names of winners will be posted on the Website every week. Prize notification letters will be sent to the postal addresses indicated in the pre-registrant's information. Winners must redeem these letters in order to claim the prizes.
6. At the time of redemption, the winner must surrender the original notification letter. Photocopies will not be accepted.
7. The ticket must be redeemed within the time period stipulated on the notification letter. All prizes can only be redeemed at Cathay Cineplexes in Malaysia. [locations]. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited if not claimed within the stipulated time. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the postal notification to the winner.
8. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other cost, fee and/or related expense that are incurred to participate in this promotion, and to redeem the prize are the sole responsibility of the participants, and the winners must abide by the terms and conditions of all parties arranging and/or providing for the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any. Other expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the ticket recipient.
9. The Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are given on an “As Is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind in part or in full.
10. The Organiser shall reserve the right to use the names and/or photographs of the winners as materials for the purposes of advertising and/or trade and/or publicity and the winners shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.
11. The Organiser’s decisions are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
12. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
